Pure CBD Oil - What are Cannabinoids? - How CBD works?

CBD is extracted from Industrial hemp plants that contain Cannabinoids. You cannot experience any psychoactive effects “High or Stoned” with our products. Every major civilization in history has recognized hemp as #1 on its list of important plants. The ancient Chinese, Indians, Egyptians, Assyrians, Persians, Greeks and Romans all revered hemp as an incomparable source of food and medicine. Now modern science is validating what the ancients all knew — and uncovering exciting new discoveries about CBD. Recently (August 2017) FDA has declared CBD as “beneficial” and is asking now all users of CBD products for their input!

We are hard-wired with a system of cannabinoid receptors throughout our brains and bodies. When these receptors are activated, they enable two-way communication between body systems; something previously thought to be impossible.

Cannabinoids have a healing effect. Hemp extracted CBD is used by people with a variety of ailments. We sell the oils and capsules as a dietary supplement. You must do your own research if and how will CBD Products help you with your condition and help improve your lifestyle. One of the sites you should visit and do your own research is ProjectCBD.org For more information on how CBD works and how can improve health and quality of life check out our blog here

Is CBD Legal?

Yes!

TryTheCBD proudly ships our Hemp Extracted CBD Products to all 50 States! The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified Industrial Hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis. Because our CBD Products contain less than 0.3% THC and are extracted from Colorado grown Industrial Hemp registered with US Department of Agriculture we are allowed by U.S. Federal law to conveniently ship to your doorstep. The legality of CBD from hemp is based also on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled.”

How Is Hemp Based CBD Different Than Marijuana?

Unlike marijuana hemp contains extremely low (less than .3%) THC.

THC is the compound in marijuana that makes a person feel “high”. TRYTHECBD.COM sells pure CBD with no THC. Therefore you will not feel “high” using our products.

Do I Need Doctor's Prescription Or Medical Marijuana Card?

No!

TryTheCBD Products are classified as hemp and are thus legally available to anyone who wishes to purchase them. In contrast to marijuana, federal law does allow for the cultivation, processing, and marketing of hemp and hemp products, which would include cannabinoids derived from industrial hemp, under the conditions set forth in Section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (aka the “Farm Bill”). Passed by Congress and signed into law by the President Obama in 2014, the Farm Bill permits the growth and cultivation of industrial hemp in states where hemp is legal to grow.

Do You Test Your CBD Products For Pesticides?

YES!

We test our raw materials for purity and pesticides. We only use Third Party Labs for these testings. See our latest third-party lab results for Pesticides .

Potency and Cannabinoid Profile Third Party Lab Results are available on Product Page.

Does Cannabidiol Have Different Effects Per product?

The effect of Cannabidiol or Cannabidiolic Acid is the same no matter which form (Oil, Extract, Capsule) you take. All healthy ingredients from the Industrial hemp plant are collected in our CBD Products. The best way of intake is under your tongue (for oil) which will be absorbed into the lymphatic system.

The effect of Cannabidiol is different for each individual and varies from person to person. There is no exact measurement how many MG of Cannabidiol you need daily. So you will have to decide what is the right amount that helps you. You cannot take “too much” or “overdose” on hemp products.  So start with the minimum dose as stated on our products and increase accordingly.

What Is The Shelf Life of CBD Products?

We advise our customers to have our products stored in a cool and dark place, for instance in the refrigerator. The shelf life of our CBD Oil and Capsules is at least 1 year.

CBD Isolate have no shelf life.  Keep in mind that the cold storage of the CBD Oil and Capsules decreases the viscosity. So preferably use at room temperature.

Will CBD Oil Help Me With My Condition/Disease/Ailment?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a dietary supplement that has many reported benefits.

However, we recommend that you do your own research on the abundant reliable sources available online, such as PubMed, ProjectCBD.org and Medical Jane.

Will CBD Oil Make Me Fail Drug Test?

As with all CBD products, there is a chance that consumption could trigger a positive drug test.

Our Isolate has absolutely no THC and our THC FREE Tinctures, and Capsules contain  0% THC as well. FULL Spectrum products contain LEGAL limit of less than .3% THC. However, we are unable to legally state whether or not one of our customers will pass a drug test for any of our products. Please consult with your doctor and/or employer if this is a concern. You can also do some research on projectcbd.org

Why Is There No Expiration Date On CBD Oils, Capsules Or Isolate?

We continually evaluate the long-term stability of our products, and preliminary data shows that if stored properly, there is no observed degradation of CBD oil products up to 1 year.
